About
Founded by Randall W. Dixon in Lawrenceville, GA in 1982 as a planning, engineering, and surveying firm, Precision Planning, Inc. (PPI) soon expanded its scope to keep pace with clients’ needs. Today, PPI offers architecture, land planning, landscape architecture, surveying, land development engineering, water resources, and transportation engineering. In 2007, PPI opened its satellite office in Monroe, GA to better serve clients in Walton County, Oconee County, and other northeast Georgia communities.
